Refund Policy
All sales made through Sadé Haus are final.
1. Digital Products
All digital products, including music downloads, are non-refundable and final sale.
2. Merchandise
All merchandise is made-to-order. Because items are custom produced, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
3. Exceptions (Damaged or Incorrect Items Only)
We only offer replacements if:
- The item arrives damaged
- The item is defective
- The wrong item was received
To request a replacement, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:
- Order number
- Photos of the issue
4. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect shipping address
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
- Packages marked as delivered
